I thought it would be helpful to let reviewers see a progress report from my earlier review. I am still without payment despite having been told that this would be made by 17th April. I have had no response to any email which I have sent, although received the same response twice on this website.

Having looked at your order its not due for payment till thursday/friday. Your order was only accepted on 9th so would be submitted for security check on the 10th. So basically anything up till the 17th. Hope that helps and sorry for the lack of speedy response we are currently taking in around 2-300 machines a day at the moment so all the staff are in the warehouse processing and this is causing delays in our correspondence.
