I will never order from this site again. I placed my order on 11/13 and paid extra for faster shipping it is now 11/24 and my order has not even shipped. I sent an email ticket and still have not received a response more than 48 business hours later. There is not phone number to call for customer support and there online chat is always offline. I have a feeling I won't see either my dress or my money. I should have stuck with Amazon. I will be doing my best to make sure consumers are informed so they don't get scammed by this site as well.
