I placed an order on October 15th. Today is November 3rd and I still have not received it. When I go to the site it shows that it has not even been shipped yet. I am beginning to worry that I am being ripped off. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. And, of coarse, there is no way to get in direct contact with the company. My order number is LP************** If someone could give me some answers that would be great.
