Because it was the only option available to get pre-paid parking at the event. I will NEVER use this service again.

I set up an account with Boxycharm as a promotion from another website. I described my coloring (pale skin, black hair, blue eyes) and told them my preferred makeup colors (smokey shadows, pale foundations, red lipsticks). On my first box, I got rose, peach, and bronze color eyeshadows and a disgusting baby pink lip gloss. I immediately cancelled my subscription, but lo and behold they had already charged me for the next month's box. I hoped they'd provide colors that were more my style with the next one, but NO! Everything was the same rosy-bronze colors that I have absolutely no use for.

I'm not paying for items I cannot use, and I'm not sticking with a subscription service that won't listen to what I want.

Tip for consumers:
The appeal of getting full-size items is nice, but stick with makeup subscription boxes that actually send you items you'll use.

I placed my order with Wolltraum USA in late June. As per the site, I waited the 10-12 days for a shipping notice... nothing came. I emailed the seller, Heather Mellon... no response. I sent messages on Facebook... no response. I even put a comment on one of her very recent posts... you guessed it, no response.

I finally reached out to Wolltraum CH, who is Heather's supplier. Rita was amazing and responded immediately, also reaching out to Heather to get her to update me. It took another 2 days and 2 emails from Rita before Heather responded. To her credit, she was nice enough, but over the next week and a half she gave me nothing but excuses and lies about when my order was going out, claiming "technical difficulties"... whatever that meant. I finally demanded a refund, and as soon as I did she stopped responding completely. I've filed a dispute with my bank.

The yarn looks amazing, and if you're going to order it PLEASE go through Rita at the Wolltraum CH website. I don't know what Heather's problem has become, but all she's doing now is stealing money and scamming customers.
