I returned something to them that was faulty, they keep delaying the refund as they are "Waiting to hear from their warehouse". I provided proof that the item had been received (thank God I sent it by Recorded Delivery), they still won't give me my money. They now say I have to wait 7-14 business days for my refund to appear in my bank. That's strange, THEY HAVEN'T GOT MY BANK DETAILS! Work that one out. I would like to send a message to their Managing Director, anyone know his email address?
