After finding that a couple of orders I placed online did not go through my Ebates account I contacted Ebates customer service. With only one or two questions by email the customer service department was able to find the problem and solve it to my satisfaction. They certainly did not have to go the extra mile to help me but I'm glad they did!

The size chart need to tell waist, breast etc. Nothing is labeled. Also can't find return policy....
