All spectrum cares about... how much money they can get from you,,,,, their menu and programs,,,, suck... power goes out,,, company will not give you the customer credit for the day,,,,,,,, buyer beware of spectrum cable... its terrible what seniors citizens have to pay... on. Fixed income,,,,,,,,,,,,,/////////
