I received an order from 545 Clough Pike, Cincinnati OH, which included (2) 20oz drinks, 1 Dr Pepper and 1 Pepsi. After removing Dr Pepper from bag, immediately noticed that the screw-cap had been unsealed, and some of the soda presumably consumed.
I have staged a complaint with the GM of the store, but have not received any acknowledgement of issue. Having a driver consuming a drink that is given to a customer is one of the grossest things that has happened, and is incredibly trashy.
While I am grateful for a refund, an employee consuming something that's to be given to a customer is completely uncalled for. I was able to catch that the bottle had been opened before drinking any of it, but what if I had been someone who wasn't aware? This isn't just something like having an item missing from an order, it's a potential health hazard.
