Its a shame zero stars isn't an option.
Lost my bank card, ordered a replacement but didn't update my card on JustFab (for obvious reasons). Checked my bank account this month to find that I'd still been charged.
Apparently they had contacted my card company to get my new card details...
Tip for consumers:
Don't join. Unless you really want cheap new shoes every single month forever. Even losing your bank card won't deter them.
