Have never in my 60 years experienced such hideous customer service. Spent £4,000 for sofas that look like I've made them myself. We're on the second set as first set had a gap so huge between the seats (recliner) a baby could have fallen down it. Second set has the sAme issue with seats Nd headrest not aligned. They look awful. My husband is still waiting on their laughs fly appreciated service to get in touch. I would NEVER use again nor would I recommend. I'm so bitterly disappointed.
My issue is with the company as a whole not a specific store

Delayed delivery that had a deadline. Arrived and deadline missed. Site said accident caused delay. No way to contact Hermes with any urgency. Utter rubbish courier

Paid £5.95 for 2 working day delivery for items needed for a holiday. Arrived a day later so missed for inclusion. Rubbish. No way of contacting other than phone. What if you can't get to a phone or don't have one either. Atrocious customer service. I Would NOT recommend

Don't. You have to pay for returns. The only company ive used in lockdown who do. Utter abysmal customer service.

What a bunch of thieving clowns. Order arrived months late. Half order arrived on last legs. Nobody at the company gives a crap about customer service. They take your money and in simple terms rob you blind, then shaft you by sending out sub standard plants. Worst buying experience ever

Purchased a cover for a recliner chair. It looked lovely in the photos but sadly was cheap and nasty material when arrived. Its design is flawed as it doesn't fit properly either. I now have to pay to send it back to Spain which I'm not happy about. I would not recommend this company at all

After ordering a number of items I reported on the day of delivery that I was missing a product with a value of £14.90. Ive been made to feel like a thief. Two weeks on they resumed radio silence and are completely ignoring me. Disappointing disgraceful disrespectful attitude. Would NEVER use again nor recommend. Shambolic rubbish company
