Contrary to the negative reviews I have read about this company, my experience with Cymax Customer Service has been excellent. We ordered a Murphy Bed, which arrived damaged. Called Cymax to let them know about the damage. We were put in touch with their Customer Service
Agent, Cassandra Schaefer, who handled our issues efficiently and pleasantly. Cassandra had a new bed shipped to us, which arrived quickly, and helped us with removing the broken bed as well. We are very happy with our purchase, and the service, and our thanks to Cassandra for a job well done.
