They literally used every trick in the book to get out of a refund, and tbh no matter how many times you explain it, they don't listen. Apparently they have new owners now, I hope they sack this current support staff.
Tip for consumers:
They do not care about items they sell and the customers. I will never use them again.
Products used:

They are deceitful and shirk all their responsibilities for what they sell, onto other companies. Avoid Bensons for Beds, they are a mickey mouse company with bare face liars for sales people. I thought in 2021, a company on this scale would be answerable to someone, seems they arent and they know it.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother with the extended warranty, and if you do, don't listen to the sales person, they lie, just read all the small print in the store, and don't be swayed by the sales people.
