I see a lot of people complaining about Groupon not responding to rebates or customer complaints. My advice to everyone is to not buy anything here that you ever want or would need to return. They are just a middle man. Go to the actual companies site that makes the product if you want that type of service. This is a place to get things that you're taking a flier on. I have had great success here but don't expect the type of customer service I would get directly from the company that made the product.

Got a call after I ordered to remind me to purchase the UV filter I almost forget then followed that up with a courtesy email to make sure I got the tracking number. Proactive and friendly. Can't beat the prices or service.
