After too many items arriving defective, broken, CHEAP, fake, used, you name it, TOPHATTER doesn't help the buyer, ALWAYS sides with the seller on every single case, stuff comes from CHINA and is nothing but JUNK! Wasted too much time on this site, never heard back from any disputes, the sellers always have lame excuses. They sold me a used refurbished coffee maker as brand new. IT'S A SCAM. MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WAS STOLEN FROM THEIR SITE AND I HAVE FRAUD PROTECTION, STAY AWAY FROM TOPHATTER AND BUY YOUR STUFF SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU'LL ONLY be SAVING YOURSELF MONEY. I hate this place. Nothing I got was worth. 99. I bought my dad and his wife what was listed as BRAND NEW computer and it was a laptop computer alright, a horrible Refurbished! And USED. Save yourself from getting pissed off lIke me. SAY NO to TOPHATTER! They sell CHINA crap!
