Not good. First doctor I went to using Zocdoc ended up being a walk-in clinic. I never actually saw a Doctor. No mention of either of these details on the site. The second doctor I went to ended up not taking my insurance, despite having entered that information in on the site when doing the search. Wasted more time, and they said at the office that they have contacted ZocDoc more than once to get the info. Corrected. I did get 2 calls from reps at ZocDoc to right the situation, but that has yet to happen. One rep. Helped by calling some of the doctors listed in my area to confirm that they took my insurance, but that list fell very short. I emailed her back to request more than the 2 she came up with, and have yet to hear back. The concept of ZocDoc is great, but if the information provided is not accurate, it's equivalent to the poor service the insurance companies already provide.
