I did a review about Rosegal because I thought that my items were taking to long. I can't remove that review and had to make this account. All the items I got and they were what I expected. The items they could not send the money was refunded to my payment card. I am very happy and ordered again and it was great. Excellent customer service. Have no fear and please disregard my post about waiting to long and it seemed to be lost. Great place to shop and great prices and neat items! Easy to contact them. FOR SURE WILL SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.

Favorite place to shop ad trust them 100%. Always have done me right with the very few problems I had. Buy a lot there and very happy.

Good apps and I love shopping at apple and ue ing my iPhone is awesoe. The only thing I wish is the site was a little more easy to use. Some of us take a little while longer to learn than other. Pleased all in all.

All I can say is do NOT go there. You will be sorry if you do! Wish I could say 0 stares. You will be charged for many more items than you bid on. In fact tophatter want help you, waste of time and money. I have turned it over to Paypal and my credit card to dispute these used bogou juck. Only a a couple of items were good and not used only a few were want they said the rest is stuff you can get at the Dollar tree. Rings turn your finure green! Beware Well I have began my real fight and hope to see the Feds shut them down! If you even hover over the bid button without clicking it you will be shared and shipping back to China is to much rather you bid on it or not. All the shipping charges are to high and some sellers will put a bunch of stuff in one package and charge you shipping for each item in the packages. I have been getting junk and only there May1 the only time I was there and bid on about 5 things only a few were worth it. A couple of sellers have refunded but I am still getting stuff on May 26. Not even going to open it, more wigs probably of all things as I have my hair. I offered to send it all back in one box when I file complaints on their website and they say they are working on it then the dispute just disappears. They wanted me to send photo of something I never got and don't want now but you can't send a photo of something you don't have. They say they are in California but when you call you will never get a real person and will be hung up on as I have tried and so has my cc companies, scam!
