My shipment arrives. One item missing, the other was supposed to be a monogramed tshirt. Wrong initials. What a joke! So I don't even wear it. Tried emailing them, no response. My bank IS going after them. A very reputable bank and no messing around. By the way I cold not locate a number to get a hold of them.
So they responded so the public will think they are a great company but they never responded to my ticket that I put in. Funny. They are not going to resolve anything. My bank is the one that is making sure I receive the money back. If they do correct this I will be sure that I post it. I would make that right. So bring it on Dress Lily!
