I received an order of 36 items from them. Some were ok others were not and I think they might have substituted something. I have been trying to reach them for over 10 days. I have called, left messages and sent emails. I finally just waited on hold one morning for an hour and 40 minutes. As soon as I told the person why I was calling - the line 'mysteriously' disconnected. I called back and hit the 'place an order' option (wait time significantly less) The gentleman was oh so sorry and said he would help resolve my issue. HE THEN PLACED ME BACK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE QUE OF 2 HOUR WAIT TIME. You cant make this stuff up. I left a message and do not expect to hear from them.
