Set up 3 nights at 875. They changed to 875 a night when I tried to cancel same day they charge 75% fee. Site is one name. Emails come from another. Total thieves. Month later still no part refund. Call the hotel directly and they are oblivious to this company business practices.

Tip for consumers:
I just want others to know never use this site they have offshore customer service and will nicely be unhelpful. Plenty of yes ma’am. No help.

Products used:
None I never attended my business meeting since this company kept my money I could not afford 3600.00 loss or as it feels like I paid this company for nothing.
