Received flowers yesterday, they were droopy, half dead, and two stems broken. My son sent them to me. 1-800 flowers only give 50% refund & don't offer one to send photo of
Flowers! They are not trust worthy, don't waste your money. Very disappointing, they lack commitment to customers.
