You continue to prove my point about your appaling service... It is totally irrelevant to me as a customer that i was passed to you by your colleague for INSTANT DELIVERY when you were on lunch. Ive never had worse service and the fact youve taken the time to call me a liar for stating a fact amazes me. By the way I am a retail manager and YES I do expect to have my lunch interrupted regularly. By the way in the time you spent ONLINE telling me your lunch was going cold you could have done your job instead. Your service is a joke
