Paid $4000 for floor seats at Taylor swift for my daughters only to find out less than 24hrs before venue "the seller didn't have my tickets" I paid for 4 months ago. They offered me replacement tickets behind the stage. They basically take your money and leave themselves an out to sell at higher price later and offer you $#*! tickets in exchange. SCAM ARTIST! Stay away

Bought $4000 floor seats and was notified less than 24 hrs before venue the tickets I paid for in full 4 months prior wasn’t available. Was offered replacement seats behind stage with no prorated refund for them being cheap $#*! seats. They leave themselves an out to sell at a higher price later and offer you way less than what you paid for well in advance hours before venue.
