I placed an order for a remote and remote skin 3 days after placing the order I then saw the negative reviews about the site, I emailed them after the 5th day because I couldn't review my tracking, I then emailed them and the claim it was shipped out and resent me the tracking number again, finally on the 7 day I called them I spoke to Amanda who then told me it's on back order I immediately canceled my order, I have never had this happen and I have ordered many things online, I am a mom of nb twins and I really don't have the time to sit at home thinking a package is going to arrive when it was never shipped, this is extremely unprofessional and a scam, my advice stay away from these people there are legit companies out there.
