I purchased a stove in September, by December the stove broke. Took days to even get in touch with someone to schedule a repair appt. Repair guy comes and says he can't come back till January. It's been 3 weeks and my stove is STILL not repaired. They changed our appt with no regard to someone else's schedule. GE deserves 0 stars. I can't even get a refund on a product that's less than 3 months old. I will never buy another GE product again.
