I had ordered 7 shirts and I was very unhappy about a few things:
First of all, it took 24! Days to have them delivered to Germany. I wouldn't have minded that if the delivery costs were not 35 dollars. When the shirts arrived I was asked to pay another 15 euros extra for the delivery by customs! So that makes a total of 50! Euros extra for 7 shirts. And the total prize of 120 dollars for 7 shirts. So for me it was not a 6 dollar shirt but a 17 dollar shirt. That's almost 3 times as much.
The shirts have a bad and weird smell and I think the quality is disappointing. Fruit of the Loom is not what I consider a great t-shirt brand. They are also too big for me but doing this whole process over again by sending them back also doesn't look very appealing to me.
Long story short I feel a bit ripped off.
When shipping internationally we aren't able to control if customs holds a package or charges duties. Those policies are regulated by your country and that is not something we can override unfortunately. While we do offer returns, we suggest reaching out to our customer service team if any items arrived incorrectly or defectively. They are always happy to help!
