Bought an international flight with cheapoair.my card was debited twice for an amount of more than$3000, flight was cancelled but cheapoair never informed me. I contacted them for an alternative as it was not convenient I cancelled and according to cheapoair it will take two months or more to be refunded. I can imagine for people less fortunate that they would have to cancel their trip. I booked again with a reputable company. Hope the refund will materialised but will be very reluctant to use this company again. Will keep you posted if refunded
