So I have yet to purchase anything from jclub. However I had a few questions about products, procedures and promos (oh my!) and opted to reach out using live chat first. I spoke with Chantel and she was very informative which is always a plus. Next I called in because they say you should always call and hear a live voice before shopping on unfamiliar sites, so I did. I spoke with Chantel again! We might be destined to be friends (if jclub even reads these). Once again she was very helpful and explained things to me that I should know but don't (blame the age!) I digress, she was great! So far I am quite comfortable with placing my first purchase with them and I do hope that it continues to go well. Mama loves a bargain and holidays are coming faster than a runaway train! (the point: excellent customer service means even if there should be an issue I at least know the reps are going to help and be nice about it.
