I bought an item January 27,2020. I received a personal email the next day from seller asking to loan her money and she could pay me back and also if i could say i received my item on paypal so she could get the money from the item I bought right away. She also said she would be shipping my item out the following day, today is February 21,2020 and i wrote back 3 times on personal email and 3 times now on artfire. Where can I resolve this? Your site is confusing and I can't find help for this matter. Awful experience all around!

Expect no response when looking for items you bought and never received. Took me forever to find the rating page and where is the customer service when your sellers steal your money?
