I ordered my item 3 days ago and it is still "processing". When I originally asked for my tracking number I was informed by customer service that the order was still processing so I wouldn't get a tracking number until it sent. Let me tell you - my credit card sure isn't "still processing"! When I wrote again to express my concern, customer service stopped responding. I am about 5 minutes away from disputing the charge with my bank. Shame on this company and its deplorable customer service standard.
