I ordered the Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Neverfull MM... not only was the interior bag missing, I had to pay DHL to receive my order... I contacted Purse Valley on three occasions, received the confirmation email that my complaint has been received but have heard nothing more... i'm so upset and frustrated with this company... as the small interior bag was an important part of the order for taking out in the evening on holiday... don't believe them when they say their customer service is a priority... it simply isn't... and I feel robbed...
