AWEFULL. I did have a couple of simple pieces of male forwarded to me in a decent amount of time in the last year. Recently in the last 2 weeks I had my company-issued laptop forwarded to me because I had to leave town for a family emergency. After speaking to several people including the GM at the Staples in Birmingham, AL now no one know where the package is. IPostal didn't print the shipping label nor did Staples. Now there's no tracking number, no one knows where it is and supposedly no camera can identify who handled the package that day. This is after speaking to people who stated they were processing the package at the time I called. IPostal takes no responsibility for anything other than saying send us a receipt so we can try and reimburse you. Someone took my laptop and no one is fessing up to it. They're not to be trusted.
