I have won and complete 3 project and cannot receive money for these project. Support is closing my tickets without my permissions. This website is a frauds. They cannot guarantee to freelancers that they can receive their money for done projects.
UPDATE: Past 3 years this issues has not been resolved. This is really sad!
Hi Ivan, Marcus here, from Freelancer.com. It's quite an alarming case and I am appalled by such experience. I am keen into having this resolved for you and I urge you to send me an email at marcusc@freelancer.com so I can personally look into this and have it addressed. Milestone payments are created as protection for both users on a project in place, and it's surprising why you have not been paid for the 3 projects you have completed. I'd be looking forward to receive an email from you, as I'd love to hear more about your feedback and these tickets being closed without your permission, so that we can revisit any gaps on our existing processes, and improve overall Customer Experience.
