Due to a glitch in their online purchasing system, I was charged twice and received two items but only received confirmation for one order so I had idea there was two items coming. I called customer service and was asked to send item back at MY charge, my request for a nice gesture (return paid by them) was not approved. So now I paid 2 shipping charges for their mistake. Thank you Jinx. That was the first and last time I am ordering from this website.

I am sorry to hear you had an issue with your order. In your particular case two separate orders were placed at two different times. In most cases you only have to write "Return to Sender" on the package and leave it in the post box. The order will come back to us without you having to pay for shipping.
