I wish I could share a positive experience with Sellvia, but unfortunately, my encounter has been far from satisfactory. As a customer who invested both time and money, I find it necessary to provide an honest account of my dealings with this company.

Service Quality:
Sellvia promised premium services for my dropshipping stores on Etsy, my website, and Amazon. However, the reality fell drastically short. The products they published were not marketable, with prices significantly higher than competitors. The order fulfillment process was agonizingly slow, leading to dissatisfied customers and financial losses on my end.

Transparency:
Transparency seems to be a foreign concept for Sellvia. Critical information about the viability of the services, policies, potential, and price inaccuracies was conveniently withheld until later stages. This lack of transparency is both frustrating and damaging to any business relationship.

Shipping and Handling Time:
Sellvia's shipping and handling times were consistently delayed, causing further frustration and disappointment. Customers were left waiting for extended periods, impacting my store's reputation. The failure to meet basic expectations in this regard significantly contributed to the overall negative experience. I was forced to put my Etsy store on vacation mode until I found some marketable products.

Financial Impact:
I invested a substantial amount - $2,000.00 - with the expectation of making a profit. Regrettably, my experience has been the opposite. Instead of gaining returns, I consistently lost money due to the unreasonably high prices of Sellvia's products and the need for more profitability in my dropshipping endeavors.

Customer Service:
Sellvia's customer service has been nothing short of disappointing. Promised blog articles to boost sales never materialized, and my concerns about product quality and profitability were met with vague promises and excuses. It's disheartening to feel neglected and deceived as a paying customer.

Product Information Concealment:
One of the most disconcerting aspects of my experience with Sellvia was their failure to share a comprehensive list of products before publishing them across marketplaces like Amazon. This critical omission hindered my ability to assess the potential profitability of each product and make informed decisions about my business strategy. Without access to this vital information, I was left in the dark about the market competitiveness, customer demand, and pricing strategies of the products being introduced to my stores. This lack of transparency not only impeded my capacity to gauge the viability of the offerings but also undermined the very essence of a collaborative business relationship. For a service provider that claims to prioritize customer success, this practice of withholding essential details severely eroded any trust I initially had in Sellvia's commitment to fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.

Overall Experience:
In three years of engaging with Sellvia, I've encountered nothing but frustration, financial losses, and unfulfilled promises. The company's inability to deliver on its commitments has left me questioning its legitimacy and commitment to customer success.

Unjust Refusal of Refund After Nearly Three Years of Unmet Promises:
The most infuriating chapter in my ongoing saga with Sellvia is their unwarranted refusal to refund my money, a decision that remains incomprehensible given their consistent failure to deliver on promised services over the span of almost three years. Despite the substantial investment made, the services rendered were far from premium – from unmarketable products to delayed shipping and a complete lack of transparency. The accumulation of unmet commitments and continuous financial losses on my end should logically warrant a refund. However, Sellvia seems indifferent to the mounting evidence of its shortcomings and continues to turn a blind eye to customer satisfaction. This protracted ordeal casts a troubling shadow on their business ethics, leaving me to question the integrity of a company that prioritizes financial gain over the rectification of a long-standing and deeply frustrating customer experience.

In conclusion, my experience with Sellvia has been a regrettable one. I recommend that anyone considering their services thoroughly evaluate the company's track record and consider alternative options before making any financial commitments.

Tip for consumers:
I paid sellvia$2,000.00 for an Amazon store, Etsy store and my website, however, on top of this amount etsy charged $200.00 for allowing me to publish sellvia products to their marketplace.

Products used:
I used their services for a dropshipping business.
