I've been using Banggood for almost half a year now. I placed 71 orders until now. I've had 3 instances when either one item was missing, or the received item did not work or had a relatively minor malfunction. My personal experience with Banggood customer support was excellent. They took care of me every time and replaced or resent the missing items with new ones at NO cost for me. I'm overall very satisfied with my purchases and will continue using Banggood.com. As a general observation I am totally satisfied with their shipping performance. If you choose "free shipping" it is not fast, but this is stated clearly on the website. I once paid for faster shipping and it arrived as promised.
