I bought Kiarog 3 faucet via aliexpress. It was damaged when it arrived. I sent two photos via the dispute system, the faucet and package as a clear evidence for the damage and it took still three weeks to get new part sent. Though I requested complete new faucet. Even the new part was leaking and seller claims the leak is ok. Ali's case management team promised to involve but it never happened. Communication is difficult, their English is poor and the response very unclear. I am sure I lost my money and plenty of time. Avoid this company!
