I started with AT&T about seven months ago because Xfinity screwed me over like nobody's business. Long story short when my mother died, I asked about having it switched into my name. They sent me an affidavit and then when I filled it out, send it back they said I was responsible for her past due balance and then they tacked on all kind of extra so it ended up being over $1000 so they can go kiss my butt but anyways, when I started with them I started with DIRECTV because they assured me that I have my home phone number my landline and I'd have Internet so the guy comes to the house I'm at work I called the house phone and it said it doesn't exist anymore, which was my grandparents number they've had it for over 60+ years after World War III and I had no Internet. The guy ran the cable through my living room through my kitchen through my extra dining room into the sunroom and out the back Door And I didn't have my phone and I did not have Internet. They called me just to get my money which doesn't surprise me because that's how companies work with the AT&T T-Mobile is fantastic. I had an accident in October took a shortcut off a 22 foot roof had to take half of my foot and screws and titanium what was left of my ankle and heel, so Work was in between me. I do work for a very good company. I am the supervisor for the whole state of Pennsylvania but with a foot injury you can do your job especially when you're professional window cleaner of 32 years so I was having some issues with making full payment, so I called to talk to them and I talked to Shay and that woman over backwards to help me with my payment. She could've easily wrote the office some scam artist or one of those people who try to get out of their bill every month but she understood my situation And I think she knew that I wasn't trying to pull a fast one on her because I wasn't I genuinely hurt she back to healthy and she helped me she took a chance and she helped me I didn't let her down. I made sure I took care of it and she took care of me but their customer service department is beyond excellent in my book there were, but even with small talk while they were doing the work, best customer service ever I would highly recommend and if you have to call them ask for Shay
