My experience with this website has been horrible. Ordered my dress for my graduation on May 18. Emailed them around 2 weeks after. No response. My card has already been charged. I selected "best way" (for an extra $20, mind you) for shipping options, NO IDEA when the estimated time of arrival is. I have sent 3 e-mails and still no response, I've even tried using their "online chat" during their "open" hours which in reality is just e-mail. I've had it. No phone number to contact by, all the links to their facebook page, twitter, youtube, etc. are dead. The links to "shipping information" aren't even links. Do not EVER order from this website. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. I'm not sure if my dress will ever come at this point. Will update this review if it does. Either way this company/scam gets 1 star.
