The prices on this sight are great, but everything else is terrible. The clothing sizes are off, but what's worse is the service. I had an order that split in two. That I can understand, but from there everything went down hill. The bulk of order was placed in one shipment, but I didn't pay for tracking services. So the next thing I know I get a tracking number. At that point, I figure it's their call to do so no problem, but when I went to use the tracking number the site's links to the shipping company was wrong. I was told that the company was IBEX, but the link on the website took me to FedEx. So I informed and they provide a link to a site where i have no idea who the company is, but in the end I did get the shipment. The other order however never came. So I informed the company, and they said they sent a 2nd shipment via China Post. They said that would it take 2 months for the shipment to come in. During this time I repeatedly asked what was taking so long, since all my other experiences with ordering goods from China never took this long to come in. It usually takes a week, three at the most. Two months later I got nothing. So I asked for a refund and they wanted to issue me store credit, but not at full price, and not including the portion for shipping. I complained that I wanted a full refund sent back to my bank. So far now they're ignore me, so here I am trying to spread the word.
