Do not ever purchase a kogan product if you require any help at all.
All enquiries are routed through emails.
Their actual help line is so overwhelmed by people desperate to contact ANY human it hangs up on you (it tells you it's overwhelmed)
I have a kogan phone number that I needed assistance with overseas.
Forget it.! 4 days of emails... No reply apart from giving me an acknowledgement.
More than $100 in overseas calls trying to talk to anyone. Nadda!
Their website constantly directs you in circles. Their the self check in of products, you have to do EVERYTHING yourself.
Never again!
