Ordered a shirt; it went to an incorrect address. It was returned to China via Rosewholesale.com China Postal Service; contacted Rosewholesale via email several times; item was never reshipped to the correct address, nor was credit issued. With this kind of customer service, I recommend you shop elsewhere, as there is no recourse with a Chinese company.
Tip for consumers:
Just shop local in order to have recourse in the event of a return issue. If you check the other reviews, same issue with regard to lack of concern or follow-up in the event of an issue.
