The helpful tabs when building my resume were great, but I had a difficult time trying to cancel my service. I sent a message regarding by subscription but never received a response. $40 is an awful lot to spend per month... I AM looking for a job, after all!
Tip for consumers: DO NOT let them bill you for more than one month. Write resume asap and save/cancel service. For $40-$80 that you might get charged by livecareer you could have an actual person in your community write you a tailored resume.

I cancelled and issued 2 full refunds in the amount of $79.60. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days. I have also sent you confirmation emails for your records.
