I purchased an item that took over 2 months to arrive! It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Birthday came anf went. I filed a complaint for a refund, and while the complaint was going on they closed my account and when the item, a bracelet, finally arrived, I it was cheapo metal and a terrible bracelet I payed $57 for. So, since b-day was missed, and very poor quality, I still wanted to return it, but, since my account had been closed a d I was ocker from bidding and buy ing anything. I was also unable to return the bracelet!?
I enjoyed it before that happened. Now I can't get on!
