This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. When I didn't receive a package that FedEx said they delivered, I filed a report with FedEx and they didn't do anything. However Le-Vel, even though it wasn't their fault, still sent out a replacement package for me completely free of charge. They lost money in the transaction but still made it right to make the customer happy. I love these products, they are the only nutritional supplement I've found (and I've tried A LOT) that have helped me with my health issues and health goals. I'm the healthiest I've ever been and I feel great. I love this company and I'll stand behind it.

Tip for consumers:
If you have problems with a shipment, contact customer support before jumping the gun and bashing the company. I contacted them and they were very helpful. If you have any issues with the products, contact a representative. The ones I’ve dealt with have gone above and beyond, even trading out shake flavors, to help.
