My name is Hernando B. My experince with everbuying.com was really negative because i did an order in April 10.2011 the order with tracking number. RF *******SG and the other tracking number *******7012 updated 25-03-2011 the total order i paid was $192.67 by the way, the last order i made never came i kept calling, sending mail to customer support to everbuying.com. Lots of times contacting myself with the Administration Elva. I made several claims with her but she never resolved this promblem saying the order never came to china but she told me that she would help if i pay. $13.34 but she said that if i pay that amount send me back the order. I made the payment three weeks ago by the way i havent recieved nothing yet the total items she will have to send me 23 items i keep waiting but they havent resolved anything i have had 4 months waiting for them to resolved the claim but they havent send me nothing suppost to i paid a isurance for the order $ 4.50 cents or they can send me my money back because the administrator, told me she would give me the money back for 38 dollars, no ipaid $192.77 cents. I just want yall to help me resolve this problem because the employers havent tooken this claim serios. Like that i think that the company are loosing points and custumers, for example every month i buy to china $900 or $1000. And never had problems with the companies.
