I will tell that i had the worsest experience of internetshopping with Lazada all in my long life. This is the horrible company, full of cheaters an liars. I bought a cherry mobile RAVE II for 5900 pesos in October and sent it back after 2 days later. I was not satisfied with the cam. But when i returned lazada sent it back without refund my money. But then i have recognized that the phone had already a bad virus, and i could see, that it was already installed before i bought it- I couldnt delete it by myself. So i send it back, Now come the problem. From October till April i had to wait for the phone. They couldnt find it in the warehouse, even i sent them the trackingnumber 3 times. I want that the refund it, than i had no phone for 6 month- Lazada did always answer with lies and same letters. I should only wait. After when i got back the Phone again, it was still not ok. Always it stop now and i must open the cover and remove the battery and set it in. Than its work maybe for a limited time. I called again Lazada and than they promised me in April to check my complain and will try to give my my refund. Now its June but nobody answered me, even i sent always mails. That is the true story of Lazada, a respectless company. Liars and cheaters. Next week i must bring the phone to cherry mobile Servicecenter although i have still warranty, but i dont trust Lazada anymore.
