Sadly I saw these review after I had sent my laptop. They reduced teh price they offered but I accepted it. 10 working days on I have now sent a complaint email as their payment states 7 working days. I am not holding out much hope and suspect I will need to send daily threatening emails. How can we get this site blacklisted as I wouldn't want others to go through this.
