I purchased 2 phones -LANDVO L500S Android 4.4 3G Smartphone 5.0 inch Screen MTK6592 1.4GHz Octa Core 8GB ROM Dual Cameras at a cost of $70USD and a more expensive phone and a MIJUE T500 Android 5.0 4G LTE Phablet 5.5 inch FHD Screen MTK6752 64bit 1.7GHz Octa Core 3GB RAM 16GB ROM Fingerprint 13.0MP Camera at a cost of $199.99.

The reason these phones were purchased were because they had dual sim cards and great to use when we were on holidays in the USA but we could also use our Australian SIM, should required or when arriving.

BOTH PHONES WERE HOPELESS - Camera LANDVO was really, really poor- Camera on the MIJUE was fine, however you could not see the screen to be able to take a picture. Even after calibrating both phones, texting was near impossible as the keys were not aligned correctly, Searching google was frustrating, waiting on maps took forever. And its wasnt the provider we had as we used AT&T which has the best coverage in the USA.

BATTERY - Both phones battery did not last even 24 hours and took over 6 hours to charge to get to 1005

OVERALL OPINION - After being able to properly evaluate both these phones over 6 weeks, the end result is, you get what you pay for. There is a reason they are cheap and although they look OK, there is no comparison to a branded phone.

That said, I could not wait to get back to my Sony Xperia 3, Japanese made phone. Battery take less than 2 hours to charge to 100% and lasts 4-5 days before needing to be charged. Next time I travel, it wont be an issue as my phone can be unlocked and I know I wont have a phone that does not work properly, is inferior and frustrates the hell out of us.

OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS BUYING A PHONE AND WASTING MONEY ON THE TWO ABOVE PHONES.
