This company is ok as long as you don't have to return anything. I bought 4 items from the UAE but I had to return 2. They gave me their UK address and I couriered the items there. Upon arrival in the UK UPS asked for their number and they have given me fake numbers that don't go through. Now UPS wants to send the items back to me at a cost of £33 and I paid £10 to send the items back to the UK. I have tried to get assistance from Rosewe customer service but each time they give me the runaround or ask that I keep the items and they give me 20% refund.

When I checked their UK address it's a vacant warehouse so they are not even occupying it. I have now engaged the Trading Standards in the UK. I will not take this lying down. Such an unscrupulous company with no ethics

You have offered me 15%, then 20% and now 50 but I have repeatedly told you that I want you to take you clothes back and give me my full refund. I will never ever buy from your website again and I will ensure that no one else I know does. Why are you not able to just provide a seamless service such that your telephone numbers work and your items are delivered once without all this back and fourth?.

See the attached email the courier asking me to pay £34 for the items to be returned back to me. For your information this is almost half of what I paid for the clothes.

You need to find a way for these items to be sent back to you and refund me in full be wise I have wasted too much time on this issue. You have seen the emails from Aramex, trying to get your number but you ignored.

To have the items diverted to my family in the UK will cost me more as well

I need you to collect your clothes and refund me!

My name is Hazel Moyo, a British citizen based in the UAE. I bought some items from this online website called Rosewe (https://m.rosewe.com/), about a month ago but 2 of them didn't fit so I requested to return the items. The company provided me with their warehouse address in Leicester; REXVILLE SOLUTIONS UNIT 2 TUNGSTEN PARK BARDON ROAD, Leicester, LE67 4BL.

The items were collected from me and sent to the UK by Aramex who work with their partners UPS in the UK. Aramex has asked for the Rosewe numbers so that they can call then and deliver but Rosewe have repeatedly provided numbers that do not workz even I tried the numbers but they don't go through. The Leicester calling code is 0116 but the numbers this company provided does not contain this code. They provided *******360, *******621 and an email that the never respond to *******@rosewe.com.

I have spent weeks trying to get Rosewe to provide their number but instead they ask me to keep the items and they will give me a 20% refund. It appears that they use this address as a front bit they have no intention of accepting retuned items from customers because they do not want to refund.

Please investigate this company.

Did you read the whole conversation? Aramex works with UPS and do you think they haven't tried everything since they are the experts? You just respond without even reading all the issues around this return.

Look at the screenshot showing that they have tried both numbers and they are not going through. These are not even UK numbers and I have tried them as well and they don't go through

The swimwear is nice but I bought it together with 2 other items which do not fit. I contracted a courier to send the items back to the UK warehouse 3 weeks ago but they have not been able to deliver because Rosewe provided me with 2 nonfunctional landlines therefore Aramex cannot get in touch with them. I have contacted Rosowe countless times and I have not obtained any assistance, instead they insist on me keeping the items and them refunding me 20% of the cost, which me is bribery, I'm returning the items because they do not sit well on me. It seems the warehouse numbers are intended not to work so that the customer is unable to return any items. I am now in touch with UK Trading Standards about this malpractice.

I bought four items under order RR************** then requested for 2 to be returned. I arranged with a courier Aramex to have the items sent back to you in the UK 3 weeks under AWB *******1850. Aramex collected the items but when they arrived in the UK they couldn't get in touch with your warehouse. I have spent the last two weeks contacting your customer service and the numbers they provided do not work, therefore Aramex habe not been able to deliver to you. I don't understand ho you would have a warehouse but no functional number.

Anyway as Aramex have tried and failed to deliver and your chat room colleagues are not helping in anyway and Aramex have now advised that they have to end the items back to me at a cost, I have asked them to destroy them. As you are not forthcoming with your number, you will need to contact Aramex yourself then I will need you to refund my $77.31 back into my account.

I have raised requests on your website, chatted with your chat team for 2 weeks now and no result. Please see the interaction I have had with Aramex for two weeks now. Please refund my money and I will never buy anything ever again from your website, I have waisted enough time in this.

I arranged for the 2 items to be sent to you by Aramex and they have been trying to get in touch with you for 2 weeks now to no avail. I have got in touch with you for the UK office numbers to give to Aramex to call your office and deliver but all the numbers that you provided don't work. Yesterday I contacted you and you said you would get back to me after 12 hours. In the evening I contacted you and you said another 12 hours, each time I was telling you that I can't wait 12 hours because they will return the items. This morning I contacted you and the person couldn't understand what I was talking about.

Every day I have been in touch with you but yesterday Aramex advised me that the retention period has elapsed and they will send the items back to me at a cost. I cannot pay for the items to be sent to me and I need my full refund.
