Terrible service!
The confirmed shipping date to be the 29. November, and yes, it's marked as sent under "My Orders", but UPS (the shipping company) confirms that only the shipping label was created that date, and they have not received any package for shipment. So it seems that this company are trying to scam customers with wrong delivery dates, and on the top of that, they never answer mail after orders are placed & payed. So stay away from this company!

Why have they marking it as shipped the 29. November? And why haven't they told me about this delay before I am asking. And lastly, why try to cover it up by wrongly marking it as shipped?
